With 25 years of creative, corporate, and consulting experience, Jen has witnessed firsthand the challenges facing leaders today. As a former member of the C-suite, she began consulting in market strategy to help organizations achieve commercial objectives. Recognizing the chicken and egg synergy of leadership excellence and business results, her focus shifted to leadership coaching. She now partners with leaders on this interconnected journey of strategy and leadership development. 

Having led customer-facing programs and held P&L responsibility, she offers a unique appreciation for your commercial focus. From the challenge of industry disruption to the often-lonely position of leading change, her experience includes nurturing innovation and culture to support growth. Her international work also affords a global perspective to support strategy and leadership development on a larger scale.

Jen has traveled her own leadership journey and leans into the experience of transition and transformation as she partners with individuals and teams navigating the uncertainty and complexity of leadership.

She earned her Certification in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and holds a coaching credential from the International Coach Federation. She is certified to coach to the Leadership Circle Profile (TLC) and the Leadership Culture Survey (LCS), the Global Leadership Profile (GLP), as well as the DISC and Business Motivators tools. With an MBA from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Bowling Green State University, her approach to strategy consulting and leadership coaching has been largely shaped by the generous leaders and supportive teams with whom she has had the honor to work, as well as from inspiring clients who have invited her into their organizations and along on their journeys.
